All artwork featured on this site is the intellectual property of Demi-Rose Allaway Ocean Muse Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Quotes are listed in your local currency where possible and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Purchasing from our site:
All sales are final once an order is placed, as each art piece is made to order. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. By using this website, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
Custom Artworks Terms & Conditions:
We require a 50% deposit to secure your custom artwork.
Up on completion of your artwork, we require the remainder of the payment prior to shipping.
All deposits are non refundable once the artwork has commenced.
If Demi-Rose Allaway is unable to complete your project due to availability or unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded your deposit.
Demi-Rose Allaway will endeavour to give you an accurate timeline for delivery your artwork, however this cannot be guaranteed. Please expect this timeline may change up to 2-4 weeks give or take depending on circumstances.
All orders are printed and packed with love from the Gold Coast, QLD.
Prints are processed within 3-5 business days.
Framed Prints take 2-3 weeks for printing and framing before shipping.
You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping
Domestic orders: 3-10 business days once shipped
International orders: 7-21 business days (timing may vary depending on customs). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
We package all artwork carefully to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the delicate and custom-made nature of artwork, we don't offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number, and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Cancellations
Because each piece is made to order, cancellations aren't possible once your order has been placed.
